Who we are
A multidisciplinary firm, at every stage of the lifecycle
Founded in 2014 by Yasmine Bekkari and Selma Belkhayat, AMS Africa advises on, structures, leases and manages real estate projects and assets. We work on directly held assets as well as through investment vehicles (real estate funds, OPCI vehicles, listed and unlisted property companies), at the scale of a single asset or an entire portfolio.
Our strength: being involved at every stage of a project's life. From positioning to day-to-day operations, we bring together strategic, commercial, financial, technical and operational expertise to durably improve the value, appeal and resilience of assets.

The AMS Group
An African hub, backed by an international group
AMS Africa is the African hub of Aswaq Management and Services, a group based in Abu Dhabi and founded in 1999: from Casablanca, the group develops its activities across the continent, combining deep knowledge of African markets with methodologies proven on complex assets in the Middle East.
As a Casablanca Finance City (CFC) status holder, AMS Africa serves clients in Morocco and across several Sub-Saharan African markets.
